Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Centennial, CO
Pay: $19-$24/hr. + bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am-4pm

Job Highlights:
- Manage inbound calls and emails to generate and process customer orders
- Create and send quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Enter order details into internal systems
- Coordinate shipping and returns with carriers
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
- Support accounts receivable follow-ups
- Assist with inventory and warehouse support during peak times
- Deliver high-level customer service and build strong client relationships
What We Look For:
- 1+ year of customer service or office support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
