About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be collaborating with our current and potential patients and internal associates from our corporate office in Bethesda, MD. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role to support Evenly’s commitment to provide the highest level of customer service and support. The position performs a wide variety of administrative, customer service and operational/marketing support activities.

What you will be doing

  • Field incoming calls from patients and partnering practices of our Invisalign service
  • Research patient information on our system
  • Closely track and manage incoming calls and emails and escalate patient questions as necessary
  • Follow-up in a timely manner with all current patients and practices as needed
  • Bring a positive and cheerful outlook, customer service mindset, and commitment to detail

What we are looking for in our candidates

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Outgoing and cheerful personality… this individual must make a positive first impression
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to be direct and concise while also being friendly and informative
  • Ability to deliver an amazing customer experience via the telephone and emails
  • Close attention to details and thorough follow up
  • Strong organizational skills with good note keeping and follow through
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize on a daily and weekly basis
  • Ability to problem solve and collaborate with internal associates
  • Ability to seek and take advice and feedback, as needed
  • Strong computer skills; experience with CRM, Scheduling, Excel and GoogleSheets (tracking) programs, preferred
  • Phone based sales experience, desired
  • Fluent in Spanish, desired
