Do you love interacting with people and spreading joy—one cupcake at a time? Molly’s Cupcakes River East is looking for a friendly, and concienstious front of house team member to join our fun-loving and dedicated team.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately take, fill, and package cupcake and cake orders.
- Learn how to frost and decorate cupcakes—yes, we’ll train you!
- Prepare espresso and coffee drinks with care and consistency (barista skills are a big plus!).
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Cleaning tasks like dishes, sweeping, mopping and restocking.
What We’re Looking For:
- A People Person with a friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Someone who is reliable, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team.
- Previous customer service or barista experience is a huge plus!

Schedule & Hours
We are looking for a consistent team member for our evening production.
- Available Shifts: Sun & Monday Mornings 9am-4pm, Mon-Sun 4pm-11pm
- Commitment: Must be able to work a fair share of weekends and holidays.
