Commercial Producer – KVRR FOX Fargo

Location: Fargo, North Dakota
Position Type: Full-Time

KVRR FOX Fargo is looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Commercial Producer to join our Production Department. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality local commercials, station image campaigns, and news promotions that engage viewers and deliver results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit local commercials and station promotions for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.

Collaborate with clients, account executives, and the creative team to bring advertising concepts to life that meet brand goals and objectives.

Produce, shoot, and edit news image and topical promos that effectively market KVRR News.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production quality.

Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and related field and studio equipment.

Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek innovative storytelling and design techniques.

Maintain and organize video assets, ensuring projects adhere to station branding and FCC standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production, editing, and creative storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent editing and motion graphics software.

Experience with professional video cameras, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and lighting/audio equipment.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience producing broadcast commercials, station image campaigns, and news promos.

Familiarity with social media video production and digital content creation.

Drone operation and FAA Part 107 certification a plus.
