The Position:

Immediate part-time positions available for a Child Care Group Leader to support young children in a structured childcare setting. This role is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and supporting each child’s individual developmental needs.

The Group Leader will oversee daily classroom activities, provide guidance and supervision to assistants, and ensure progress toward developmental goals. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, maintaining records, communicating with families, and supporting a transdisciplinary team approach.

Candidates must have a high school diploma (CDA or teaching certification preferred) and experience working with young children, including those with special needs.

The Location:
LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties, with locations in beautiful natural surroundings. This position is in Ocean, NJ.
