Role 2: Celebrity Outreach & Engagement Intern

Department: Outreach

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months, 5 Hours a Week (Exceptions for Midterms and Finals)

Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit Available

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Celebrity Outreach & Engagement Intern, you will help research, map, and pitch influential figures, public figures, and talent managers to help amplify our mental health mission. You will gain direct insight into high-profile relationship management, talent research, and cause-marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and update targeted lists of celebrities, influencers, and mental health advocates whose platforms align with our school curriculum programs.

Draft tailored pitch templates and media kits to send to talent management, publicists, and agencies.

Monitor publicist contacts, track response rates, and organize celebrity engagement records.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (Public Relations, Communications, Entertainment Business, or related field preferred).

Strong organizational skills to maintain contact lists and tracking sheets.
