Business Operations & Logistics Internship
USA Sport Group is a leader in youth sports programming, providing camps, classes, leagues, and enrichment programs throughout the Tri-State area.
About the Role
Help coordinate hundreds of coaches delivering youth sports programs across the region while gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, logistics, workforce planning, and business operations. Working alongside our Operations Team, you will help solve real-time staffing challenges, communicate with coaches, review schedules, and support the day-to-day logistics that keep programs running smoothly. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with coach scheduling and staffing using a variety of internal systems
- Communicate with coaches regarding assignments and availability
- Review schedules and identify potential issues
- Support coach engagement and communication initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and operational reports

Internship Details
- 9/04/2026 – 12/18/2026 (15-Week Program)
- 15 hours per week (Flexible scheduling available)
- In-person: Whitehouse Station, NJ
- Academic credit preferred
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
