Business & Operations Intern
We’re looking for a curious motivated Business & Operations Intern to support our operations team with inventory management, quality control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate can think outside the box, roll with the punches, thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay close attention to detail, and take on several projects at once.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to package fulfillment, inventory management, quality control, and logistics processes
- Analyze consumer trends and support development of internal tools
- Work with the Ops Team to procure and manage dumbphone inventory
- Assist current and prospective customers throughout their dumb phone journey via email and phone
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date account and contact records
- Identify recurring customer issues and proactively suggest process improvements
- Improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- You can lift 30 lb boxes and enjoy hands-on, physical tasks
- You understand software fundamentals and/or are willing to learn (Node.js, React, TypeScript, MySQL)
- Comfortable switching between manual work and computer-based tasks
- You have a passion for analog tools and thoughtful processes
- You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in collaboration with others
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
