WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Be a positive role model who inspires youth to be their best selves every day.

Join our team and help coordinate and implement programs that encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our before/after school programs, along with our 4K Wrap programs, are served throughout the Lake Country area in local elementary schools!

Scheduled program hours between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Split and full shifts available

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Certification or approved course work in childhood development, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred. 
  • Previous experience in children’s programming/education, preferred.
  • Knowledge of state licensing and Young Star accreditation requirements, preferred.
  • Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
