Position Details
Status: Part-Time | Year Around
Schedule: Schedule based on club events and operations including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 + gratuity pool share
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during banquet events to create a memorable experience for members and guests.
- Execute service standards with accuracy, efficiency, and hospitality across a variety of events.
- Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown while following Banquet Event Orders and department standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all event spaces.
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond promptly and courteously to guest needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous hospitality or banquet service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active for extended periods. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
- A polished, professional presence and genuine passion for service.
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
