Associate Optometrist

Associate for the first year leading to a buyout of 1 partner as he phases out.  2 partner successful practice in rural northwest Ohio.
-$90,000 yearly salary.  
-Quarterly performance bonus of 15% minus salary 
-$150,000 of Tuition Assistance over 5 years, equivalent to $30,000/year paid out monthly of $2500.
-1 week of PTO earned after 6 months.
-6 paid holidays.
-Malpractice & Liability Insurance is covered by Van Wert Vision, Ltd. & is not subtracted out of bonus.
-$1,000/year CE paid, remaining expenses on your own.
-Association dues to AOA, OOA and our Zone paid for/year.
