Arts & Culture Intern Trops | Hybrid (NYC, PHIL, MIA)

Trops is building infrastructure for cultural discovery. We connect communities with artists, venues, and experiences through a live platform active across New York, Philadelphia, Miami, and beyond.

This internship is designed for someone who thinks about culture seriously and wants hands-on experience at the intersection of art, community, and emerging technology. You will work directly with the team on programming, content, and field production.

What You Bring

Some experience with writing, social media, or digital tools. Genuine interest in arts, music, gallery culture, or community programming. Comfort with Google Drive and basic communications platforms.

What You Will Learn

Art writing and artist documentation. Gallery and event production. Community development. Brand and content management. Mobile platform field testing. Digital media archiving and indexing. Web design basics and analytics. Advertising and startup operations.

What You Will Work On

Programming & Events Support live event coverage and production. Assist with gallery exhibitions, hosted activations, and field documentation. Contribute to video production and editing.

Content & Editorial Write articles, blog posts, and artist profiles. Archive and catalog media content. Support SEO, WordPress, and analytics workflows.

Community & Culture Draft community engagement content. Feature local venues, artists, and vendors. Distribute programming across Instagram, Facebook, and newsletter.

Strong performance may lead to paid or equity-compensated roles in subsequent terms.
