Recruitment began on

Expires on

Sept. 1, 2026

I’ve been ceo for 25 years and in the time I’ve only worked with a handful of people who have absolutely wow-ed me. Our client, the head a billion+ foundation and one of the most influential leaders in AI and policy, does. We recruiting an extraordinary talent (you?) to work for him directly.

This isn’t like working for a tier-1 consulting firm; it’s much, much, much more.

You have direct exposure to the most influential people in the AI space at the highest levels in gov’t, business, and culture. You will be working on the most frontier issues, and you’ll have an opportunity to be mentored in a very high-pressure, high-expectation, deeply focused, incredibly fast moving environment that will take your all.

If, if, if: you’re willing to really up your game, work incredibly hard, write very well, execute, figure it out, have a sharp point of view, and ultimately, are a do-er, (you get things done) someone who has a track record of making it happen.

apply. I am not overstating this: it’s a career changing opportunity. While your title is analyst, your job is: get it done.

Creative. Fast. Not-overwhelmed. In love with learning.  Believe that you can make a difference in the world while having an exceptional career. low ego. high output. really proud of your work.

If I were early career, this would be my dream. It is not easy. The expectation is high.  however, if you rise to the occasion you are hooking yourself up for your entire career.

If this calls to you, don’t copy and paste and apply. do the following: tell me why you want this; tell me what’s a big idea or a small idea you’ve pursued. What is something you’ve led. Where have you failed. What have you learned. If you want this, tell me why. I believe in a world where we all contribute to how ai governs us, rather than the few, if this speaks to you, tell me more….

you’ll work for 3 months then have a chance to be hired full time…

  • Draft, edit, and ship writing that a foundation president would put his name on
  • Turn a half-formed idea into a memo, deck, or plan by end of day
  • Manage five things at once without dropping the one that matters
  • Run point on projects from kickoff to done, no hand-holding required
  • Translate between technical, political, and philanthropic worlds without losing precision
  • Coordinate schedules, travel, and access for someone whose time is the scarcest resource in the building
  • Switch between junior chief of staff, ghostwriter, researcher, and fixer before lunch
