AI Engineer (General AI Engineer)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies. This role focuses on developing, integrating, and optimizing AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.

The AI Engineer will work on real-world AI projects involving machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), data processing pipelines, and AI application development.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.
  • Develop and integrate machine learning and deep learning models into production systems.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and generative AI technologies.
  • Build data processing pipelines and perform data analysis to support AI model development.
  • Develop backend services and APIs to support AI applications.
  • Perform model evaluation, testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and technical teams to deliver AI solutions.
  • Participate in research, prototyping, and implementation of emerging AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
  • Understanding of fundamental concepts in:
    • Machine Learning
    • Deep Learning
    • Data Structures and Algorithms
    • Software Development
  • Experience with Python AI/ML libraries such as:
    • PyTorch
    • TensorFlow
    • Scikit-learn
    • Pandas / NumPy
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and technologies:
    • LangChain
    • LLM APIs
    • AI Agents
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Experience with SQL and database systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing AI applications using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Knowledge of REST API development (FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.).
  • Experience with data engineering or backend development.
  • Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI applications.
  • Experience with software development practices including Git, testing, and CI/CD.
