AI Engineer (General AI Engineer)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies. This role focuses on developing, integrating, and optimizing AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
The AI Engineer will work on real-world AI projects involving machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), data processing pipelines, and AI application development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.
- Develop and integrate machine learning and deep learning models into production systems.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and generative AI technologies.
- Build data processing pipelines and perform data analysis to support AI model development.
- Develop backend services and APIs to support AI applications.
- Perform model evaluation, testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and technical teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Participate in research, prototyping, and implementation of emerging AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
- Understanding of fundamental concepts in:
- Machine Learning

- Data Structures and Algorithms
- Software Development
- Experience with Python AI/ML libraries such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Scikit-learn
- Pandas / NumPy
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and technologies:

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with SQL and database systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing AI applications using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of REST API development (FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Experience with data engineering or backend development.
- Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI applications.
- Experience with software development practices including Git, testing, and CI/CD.
