The Administrative Program Manager oversees the administrative and operational functions of the Housing Services Center, providing essential administrative coordination to ensure smooth and effective program operations. The Administrative Program Manager oversees the administrative and operational functions of the Housing Services Center, providing essential administrative coordination to ensure smooth and effective program operations. They will ensure program compliance, efficient intake and enrollment processes, accurate data management, and maintenance of program statistics. While ensureing the maintenance and timely completion of all program statistics and reports required by the funding source and Catholic Charities. The Adminstratie Program Manager will track and order program related materials and supplies. Monitor expenses and the use of program assets. They will support clear communication with program participants, staff, and stakeholders and act as a professional role model and serve as a resource for staff, and program participants. They will also interpret and uphold policies and procedures of Catholic Charities, the funding source, and the program. 

 

This Position is Full Time at 35 Hours a Week. Pay for This Position is $62,400.00 a Year.

 

Education and/or Experience Required at Entry:

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with three (3) to fice (5) years of relevant experience required.
  • or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in housing or housing vulnerable populations, with knowledge of social service resource systems for veterans and people with disabilities experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing strongly preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of a technical field can be required.

 

Licenses/Certificate/Clearances:

  • Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License,
  • NYS driver’s license check, 
  • State Central Register Clearance.

     • Organization and Proficiency in budgeting and money management
     • Accuracy in data collection, entry, and quality control using web-based databases
     • Strong oral/written communication and active listening skills
     • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other tech tools designed for office-use

Working Conditions and Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Mobility sufficient to drive to and participate in meetings at client’s homes and/or community facilities which may not meet Federal accessibility standards for disabled individuals,
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to work with children/adults in a challenging and active environment.
