Adaptive Swim Instructor – Pediatric Special Needs Program (Part-Time)
Ready Set Grow Pediatric Therapy is hiring an Adaptive Swim Instructor to work with children with special needs in a supportive aquatic environment.
Schedule: Weekends + weekday afternoons/evenings (3–7 PM)

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a strong and confident swimmer (required)
- Has experience working with children (required)
- Is patient, energetic, and flexible
- Experience with special needs is strongly preferred
You will provide individualized swim instruction focused on water safety, confidence, and skill-building for children with developmental, sensory, and physical needs.
Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Prior adaptive swim experience is not required.
