What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Implement individualized behavior treatment plans under the supervision of a Certified ABA Specialist
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families
  • Track patient progress and document behavioral data
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

We’re Looking For

  • Individuals who enjoy working with children
  • Experience as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, camp counselor, daycare worker, paraprofessional, or similar role is a plus
  • Reliable availability for at least three evenings per week (4:00–7:00 PM)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (not required)
  • BCBA certification required
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder through education or experience
  • Coursework or degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, or a related field is a plus

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $18.04–$27.07/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
