Behavioral Technician Overview

Join our team as an ABA Counselor where you’ll play a vital role in providing educational instruction to students within a structured classroom environment. You’ll assist in developing teaching plans tailored to the needs of children and adolescents with emotional, developmental, and/or behavioral challenges. Make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal development as well as your own.

Behavioral Technician Schedule and Salary Information

  • $26-$29/hour
  • Monday to Friday schedule

Behavioral Technician Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Service Field, or Psychology

· Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21

· Strong interpersonal and teaching skills

· Experience or interest in Applied Behavior Analysis and special education preferred

Behavioral Technician Responsibilities

· Provide educational instruction to students in a structured classroom environment

· Assist in developing and implementing teaching plans tailored to individual student needs

· Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively

· Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support student growth and development
