To meet this demand and educate the nurses of tomorrow, Monmouth University is offering a pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program for students committed to a career in nursing.

Bachelors + Masters

The 36-credit online Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Monmouth University is a post-master’s academic degree that focuses on organizational/systems leadership and scholarship in order to address today’s highly complex and rapidly evolving health care environments.

To accommodate the large aging population, Adult-Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioners focus on the care of the adult and older adult, including physiological changes and needs.

The Family Nurse Practitioner track focuses on the care of a patient population throughout the lifespan, from newborn to older adult.

Our post-master’s nursing certificate program is designed for nurses who have already completed a master’s degree in nursing. This course of study will prepare you for advanced nursing roles in this concentration.

The 15-credit undergraduate Certificate in Gerontology is an interdisciplinary program that includes designated courses in Anthropology, Nursing and Health Studies, Psychology, Social Work, and Sociology.
