Human Resources is excited to introduce Workforce Management (WFM), our new time and attendance system designed to simplify and streamline how employees and supervisors manage time and time-off needs. WFM includes functionalities for scheduling, time tracking, and managing employee attendance. The WFM is part of the UKG Pro® suite, providing tools for improving and streamlining operational efficiencies. The goal of Workforce Management is to create a consistent, efficient, and transparent process that supports both employees and supervisors. By improving how time and attendance are managed, we aim to reduce errors, save time, and support a more responsive and organized workplace.
