Meet Erin Petersen, founder of Chrysalis Farms, one of six finalists in the upcoming HawkTank Business Pitch Competition on April 17th, 2023, at 5:30pm. Petersen’s mission in creating Chrysalis Farms is to have a working urban farm that provides the local community with fresh produce, a cafe for gathering, eco-therapy experiences, and opportunities for vocational training.
