Summer Sales Internship – Grit Marketing

Looking for more than just a summer job? Most internships give you coffee runs or desk work. Ours will give you $5,000–$20,000+ in three months, lifelong skills, and a transformational experience you won’t find anywhere else.

This is a door-to-door sales program — and let’s be clear: this is not a get-rich-quick scheme, MLM, or pyramid gimmick. It’s an extremely challenging role that demands relentless work ethic, mental toughness, and an unquenchable thirst for growth. It’s tough, but that’s why it pays well and why it develops people into leaders.

    Commission Model – Real 2025 averages from our new operating partner:

    • 🥇 Rookie Sales Intern (1st Year): $31,665
    • 🥈 2nd Year Sales Intern: $132,364
    • 🏆 Promoted Manager (2nd or 3rd Year): $349,735
      (Top performers exceeded these numbers significantly.)
  • Guaranteed Model – Prefer stability? Lock in $5,000 guaranteed for the summer, provided that you:
    • Attend all scheduled trainings and team meetings
    • Work the full required weekly hours
    • Submit weekly performance reviews on time to your manager
  • Performance Rewards – Bonuses, incentives, and all-expense-paid trips for standout performers.
  • Equity Opportunities – High-performing reps can convert commissions into equity, earning ownership stakes in partner companies.

Program Details

  • Location: Opportunities available across the U.S. in our partner markets (covering over 50% of the country).
  • Duration: Dependent on school schedules, but requires a minimum commitment of 3 full months (typically May–August).
