Student Coaching Assistant

Student Coaching Assistants are responsible for assisting the coaching staff, specifically their position coach and side of the ball coordinator. By being assigned a side of the ball and a position group to assist, building a fundamental understanding with the position coach as to their specific duties. They are to be available for all practices, home games (and away games as assigned), and any other team events as noted by their supervisors. Interns are to assist the coaching staff with field setup, compiling reports, meeting prep, and more. The more Student Coaching Assistants are around the field and office, the more trust and responsibilities they may receive. Additionally, they are expected to follow the lead of the Quality Control Coaches with various support duties as needed.
