As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Brief Summary of Duties: 

  • Build and improve sales workflows to increase efficiency of sales team. 
  • Review CRM usage and implement strategies to improve usage and provide clean, organized and usable data, while providing additional insight to sales and management
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance, pipeline health, and key sales metrics. 
  • Work with sales leadership to build accurate sales forecasts
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success to keep data aligned and support shared goals
  • Act as a central point of contact for operational questions and sales process improvements. 
  • Assist sales and management in account reviews to identify new opportunities.

 

Experience and/or Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields ; or 3+ years in sales / sales operations 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Proficient in using tools like Dynamics 365 CRM, Excel, and BI platforms to gather and organize data
  • Able to manage tool setup, troubleshoot issues, and train others to use them effectively 
  • Proven track record of verifying report/data accuracy.

 

Experience and/or Education Preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and communicating through email
  • Previous employment in Sales or Sales Operations

  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong ability to build and improve sales systems and processes that support team success.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
