This position is expected to work 20 hours/week, running 9/14 through 12/11.
The Sales Intern will provide administrative and analytical support to the Business Development/Sales department, with a focus on maintaining accurate pipeline data and supporting forecasting efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Business Development team members
- Update and maintain Win/Loss/Pipeline data in FilePro
- Perform quote data entry for top customers
- Analyze house account data and help forecast future demand to support more accurate wall numbers
- Conduct research on market trends in customer spending and Department of Defense funding
- Assist with data organization and reporting to support sales leadership decision-making
- Coordinate additional projects as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, business or marketing major preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent administrative skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
