Young Entrepreneurs Across America is hiring a Public Relations & Marketing Associate to lead social media, marketing strategy, and public relations across our national brands.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and direct exposure to executive leadership. You won’t be assisting. You will be owning.

About YEAA

YEAA develops college students into business owners through real-world entrepreneurship experiences. Our teams operate businesses nationwide, building leadership, accountability, and character.

Your job is to tell those stories.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Build and manage content calendars
  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more
  • Capture and edit short-form video
  • Track analytics and improve engagement
  • Maintain brand voice consistency

Public Relations

  • Draft press releases and media pitches
  • Highlight student success stories
  • Support awards submissions and public recognition
  • Strengthen community and university partnerships

Marketing Support

  • Assist with recruiting campaigns
  • Update website messaging
  • Create promotional materials for events and trainings

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience (internships count)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Comfortable being on camera and directing video
  • Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented
  • Passion for leadership and entrepreneurship

Bonus:

  • Experience managing business social accounts
  • Familiarity with Canva and analytics tools
