About the Role

  • 20 hrs/week 
  • Unpaid, 6 month program
  • Fully remote
  • Operations team
  • OPT/CPT eligible
  • Commit to weekly 90-minute company meetings (PST): Monday & Friday @10am
  • Commit to weekly 60-minute meetings (PST): Monday @3:00pm Operations Team Standup, Tuesday 12:00pm Project Manager SyncTuesday @1:00pm Operations Alignment Sync

 

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and accountability 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task assignments, and documentation
  • Track project progress using KPIs and performance metrics, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and retrospective reviews
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions 
  • Ensure projects adhere to organization standards, compliance requirements, and best practices 
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related fields (or currently pursuing) 
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in project management, operations, or consulting 
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, including strong spreadsheet skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Smartsheet) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations 
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience supporting process documentation or workflow development
