As an Intern Pastry/Culinary Cook, you will play a vital role in the pastry/culinary kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity in  production. You’ll have the opportunity to create delightful presentations for conferences and events, showcasing your culinary skills while contributing to the sweets and savory offered at our local market coffee shop. You will also participate in live action stations for guests, allowing them to experience the joy of freshly prepared items right before their eyes. 

Additionally, as a Fall Pastry intern, you’ll have the chance to join the team in creating the annual gingerbread replica of the resort, adding to the holiday spirit as an intern.

Low cost housing is available.  It is a dorm-style apartment.
