ROK Financial is looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiting Intern or Part-Time Recruiter to help us continue expanding our nationwide remote sales team.

This role is ideal for students, aspiring recruiters, HR majors, business students, entrepreneurs, or anyone interested in sales, recruiting, talent acquisition, and business development. You’ll gain real-world experience sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for our growing remote loan broker platform.

Whether you’re looking for a paid opportunity, college internship credit, professional experience, or a way to build your resume, this position offers hands-on exposure to recruiting and remote workforce development.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, colleges, and networking groups
  • Identify individuals who may be a fit for our remote sales platform
  • Send outreach messages and follow-up communications
  • Schedule interviews and introductory calls
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting pipelines
  • Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
  • Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and professional groups
  • Help generate new recruiting ideas and talent acquisition strategies
  • Support special projects related to recruiting and team growth

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with LinkedIn, social media, or recruiting is a plus but not required
  • Interest in recruiting, sales, human resources, business, marketing, or entrepreneurship
