Media Content Specialist Intern

MOSH  |  Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)  |  Semester: 10–15 hrs/week   |   Summer: 35–40 hrs/week

About MOSH

MOSH was founded by Maria Shriver and Patrick Schwarzenegger with a mission to make brain health accessible, delicious, and part of everyday life. We’re a fast-growing brand in the better-for-you snack space with a presence in major retailers nationwide — and we’re building the team that will take us to the next level. Interning here means doing real work on a real brand with real reach.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, platform-savvy Media Content Specialist Intern to be the backbone of our content engine. As MOSH grows across retail, digital, and social channels, we’re sitting on a goldmine of branded and creator-generated content — and we need someone to help us unlock it.

You’ll own our content library, evaluate what we have, and transform raw assets into polished, right-sized materials that fuel everything from paid media campaigns to email newsletters to in-store retail displays.

This is a rare opportunity to see how content actually flows through a multi-channel marketing organization — not just one platform, but the full ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Content Library & Asset Management

  • Audit and organize MOSH’s branded content and UGC library across platforms and campaigns
  • Review and triage incoming creator content for quality, on-brand fit, and cross-channel utility
  • Build and maintain a master content tracker that maps assets to campaigns, channels, and performance tags

Editing & Formatting

  • Edit and reformat photos and video for platform-specific specs (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta paid ads, email, Amazon, retail digital)
  • Flag content gaps and develop a content request pipeline based on upcoming campaign needs

Cross-Channel Support

  • Partner with the paid media and organic social teams to ensure assets are available, current, and correctly versioned
  • Support retail marketing by preparing visual assets for in-store, endcap, and retail media activations

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media, or a related field
  • Comfortable in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop), or CapCut — or genuinely eager to level up
  • Strong organizational instincts — you find building systems satisfying, not tedious
  • Familiarity with how content looks and performs differently across TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, and email
  • Bonus: experience with creator/UGC content, digital asset management tools, or CPG brands

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • Hands-on experience across every major marketing channel in a growing consumer brand
  • A working understanding of how a content operation runs at scale
  • Tangible portfolio assets and cross-functional marketing exposure
  • A front-row seat to a brand with a nationally recognized founding team and a mission that matters
