Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Marketing department, ensuring alignment between departmental initiatives and overall organizational strategy.
  • Develop and advance long-term Marketing programs focused on brand positioning, digital growth, content strategy, campaign management, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Identify new strategic projects that improve brand visibility, scalability, structure, and operational efficiency across marketing channels.
  • Design and facilitate department meetings, campaign reviews, training sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Establish clear departmental priorities, timelines, and deliverables; ensure projects move from concept to execution.
  • Supervise and mentor Marketing interns and team members, providing feedback, structure, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional program leads to align marketing strategy with overall business goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to guide creative and strategic discussions.
  • Experience managing marketing projects from strategy through execution.
  • Ability to think both strategically (brand vision, long-term positioning) and operationally (content planning, deadlines, execution).
  • Strong communication skills with confidence presenting ideas and leading meetings in a remote environment.
  • High organizational ability and comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong brand-awareness.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing marketing strategies and campaign frameworks.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and audience segmentation.
  • Comfort developing structured marketing playbooks and scalable content systems.
  • Experience working in remote, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to balance autonomy with collaborative leadership.
  • Strong documentation and systems-thinking ability.
