This internship is a creative marketing position for both Lakehouse Recording Studios and Lakehouse Music Academy, for college credit only.

● Schedule:

The schedule for this position may vary depending on the candidate’s abilities and assigned tasks.

Afternoons are preferred working hours, and occasional weekend availability for events is considered advantageous.

 

Role:

● Assist the marketing team in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content.

● Stay updated on platform trends.

● Help to tailor real-time content for different platforms and audiences.

● Assist with additional marketing elements like physical promo placement (street team), community calendar event listings, etc. when needed.

 

Daily/Weekly Workflow:

● Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.

● Monitor and respond to comments and engagement.

● Provide real-time coverage of academy activities.

● Research news, trends, and strategy improvements and how to implement them.

● Analyze account performance metrics for posting and strategy optimization.

 

Qualifications:

● Interested in marketing, social media, and content creation.

● Graphics, photography, videography, and/or content editing skills are preferred.

● Possesses strong communication skills, both written and visual.

● Familiar with social media platforms and trends.

● Creative with a keen eye for detail.

● Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

● Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback.

● Blog and copywriting skills are a plus, as are web design skills.
