Finz is building AI-native operating finance for real economy businesses. We help operators get better control over cash, costs, and margin by connecting finance with daily operations.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to help build the Finz marketing engine. You will work directly with the founder on content, newsletters, podcasts, events, and founder-led storytelling.

What You’ll Do

– Draft content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and social channels
– Turn founder notes, product updates, and market insights into sharp content
– Research fintech, AI, SMB finance, and real economy business trends
– Support podcast research, guest outreach, and prep
– Help coordinate events, founder dinners, and community activations
– Draft event invites, follow-ups, and simple marketing emails
– Maintain the content calendar and marketing tracker
– Track engagement and help improve what we publish

Who We’re Looking For

– Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Finance, or a related field
– Strong writer with clear communication skills
– Interested in startups, fintech, AI, business, or entrepreneurship
– Organized, reliable, and able to move quickly
– Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, LinkedIn, and basic content tools
– NYC-based or able to support occasional in-person events is a plus

Bonus If You Have

– Experience with LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, short-form video, or social media
– Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CapCut, Substack, Mailchimp, or similar tools
– Experience with events, podcasts, student clubs, or campus communities
