Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week

Reports To: Managing Principal

 

1. Essential Functions

  • Digital Content & Design: Design and edit high-quality marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, and promotional materials) utilizing PowerPoint and company templates. Develop new creative assets as needed to support strategic business objectives.
  • Marketing Projects: Assist with ad-hoc marketing campaigns and initiatives as directed by leadership to drive business growth.
  • Social Media: Create, schedule and maintain engaging content across Mailerlite and the firm’s social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Brand Integrity: Organize digital assets and audit all materials to ensure strict compliance with firm brand standards.
  • Office Presence: Maintain regular, in-person attendance at the Newport Beach office during scheduled hours (approx. 20 hrs./week).

2. Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, and professional social media management tools. Experience with broader Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred. Ability to quickly learn real estate-specific software for marketing production.
  • Adaptability & Organization: Exception attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and adapt to changing design priorities.
  • Communication: Sharp professional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; high attention to detail in all copy.
  • Physical: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods at a workstation; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a professional office environment.
