The Live Production Intern would report directly to the Production Director. Our Production Team plays a crucial role in producing high-quality Sunday Services both online and in person, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and innovative approaches to enhance the worship experience. Familiarity with live production equipment is a plus, but not required., This position would work alongside the Production Director and the Live Production Team to produce our Sunday services both online and in person. Candidates would gain hands-on experience doing live camera work and have the opportunity to shadow other positions such as: Live Video Direction and switching, Lighting Operator, Live Audio Mixing, and producing live events.  Candidates would also work closely with the staff on pre-production work. Candidates with experience can also train in post-production video editing.

This is a part-time position, requiring 15- 20 hours per week. Additionally, this position may qualify for school credit. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. This position is located on-site in Hoboken, NJ. We have a rolling interview process, so we encourage you to apply soon!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for live production and interest in exploring its application in a worship context
  • Familiarity with live production equipment is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Production Director and Live Production Team in producing Sunday Services, both online and in person
  • Gain hands-on experience in live camera work, live audio mixing, and shadow and train in Production Team positions
  • Work as part of the Live Production Team every week
  • Assist in pre-production work alongside staff members 

SCHEDULE

  • September 16 – December 11, 2026 
  • Part-time, 15 – 20 hours per week depending on candidate

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • $500 stipend at the end of the internship
