We are in need of interns for our Recruitment department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the screening and the interviewing process
- Post job openings
- Source candidates
- Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Onboarding – Work with hiring managers to ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded and ensure all paperwork is correctly completed
- Create personalized digital portfolio
Requirements:
- Exceptional recruiting, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious personality type—able to juggle multiple projects without dropping balls
- Excellent communication skills and messaging ability
- Ownership and accountability—a “buck stops here” attitude—happy to take ownership for open jobs, projects, and problems and make sure they are executed to the highest standards
