About the Role

This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants real HR experience — not just filing and shadowing. You’ll work directly with the Head of HR on a mix of operational support, recruiting coordination, and HR project work across a growing technology company.

HR Operations & Records

  • Support data entry and audits in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce)
  • Help draft and update standard HR templates and forms

HR Projects & Analytics

  • Support active HR infrastructure projects (policy rollouts, program builds, etc.)
  • Pull reports and help analyze basic HR data (headcount, turnover, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience a plus
  • Genuine interest in HR as a career

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct exposure to HR operations at a multi-site technology company
