The Arc Westchester is looking for passionate and driven intern to join our dynamic recruitment team! This is a paid internship where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience from recruitment to onboarding.
Here’s what you’ll get to do:
- Be part of the hiring process: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and even conduct phone screens with potential candidates.
- Boost our recruitment efforts: Brainstorm creative ways to attract top talent, like revamping our social media presence and exploring new recruiting channels.

- Make a real impact: Help us find amazing Direct Support Professionals who make a difference in people’s lives.
What you’ll bring:
- You’re pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You’re a go-getter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and social media.
- You’re detail-oriented, enjoy working independently and collaboratively on a team.
- Bonus points: If you have some customer service or administrative experience.
**This is a paid internship offering 21+ hours per week for 3-6 months. Schedule is flexible, typically 3-5 days per week from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
