Overview

ULimo is seeking organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Interns to support the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. This internship provides hands-on experience with HR administration, onboarding, documentation, compliance, process improvement, and employee support while working in a fast-growing startup environment.

Interns will collaborate directly with leadership to help streamline HR processes and ensure the organization operates efficiently.

This role is ideal for students interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, and Operations.

 

Responsibilities

-Assist with onboarding new interns and employees.

-Maintain HR records, documentation, and personnel files.

-Support HR compliance and organizational policies.

-Help prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and HR forms.

-Maintain HR workflows using Google Workspace, Notion, and other HR platforms.

-Assist with employee communications and administrative support.

-Research HR best practices and recommend process improvements.

-Help coordinate meetings, onboarding sessions, and HR initiatives.

-Support special HR and operations projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

-Strong organizational and administrative skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

-Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, or HR software is a plus.

-Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
