 Pay Rate: $17 – $18 per hour
 Schedule: Per Diem

 

About the Role

Join a compassionate and dedicated home healthcare team committed to improving lives every day. We are currently seeking reliable and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide essential in-home support that promotes safety, independence, and dignity for our clients.

As an HHA, you will work closely with nurses and care coordinators to deliver personalized, non-medical care in accordance with each client’s individualized care plan.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when required
  • Provide medication reminders (no administration)
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and maintaining a clean living environment
  • Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition, behavior, or home environment
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance
  • Accurately document daily activities and care provided
  • Follow all care plans, safety guidelines, and agency policies

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to care
  • Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately
  • Must successfully pass required health screenings
  • Reliable transportation is a plus
