About the Role
Join a compassionate and dedicated home healthcare team committed to improving lives every day. We are currently seeking reliable and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide essential in-home support that promotes safety, independence, and dignity for our clients.
As an HHA, you will work closely with nurses and care coordinators to deliver personalized, non-medical care in accordance with each client’s individualized care plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when required
- Provide medication reminders (no administration)
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and maintaining a clean living environment
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition, behavior, or home environment
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance
- Accurately document daily activities and care provided
- Follow all care plans, safety guidelines, and agency policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to care
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately
- Must successfully pass required health screenings
- Reliable transportation is a plus
