Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Administration Intern to join our team at Synergy Health 360. This internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare operations, patient coordination, administrative support, and clinic management within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, eager to learn, and interested in gaining practical exposure to healthcare administration and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative and front office operations
  • Support patient scheduling, intake, and follow-up coordination
  • Help maintain and organize patient records and documentation
  • Assist with provider scheduling and internal communication
  • Support onboarding, recruitment, and HR-related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and operational tracking
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Provide general office and administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Prior healthcare or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
