Job Overview:

At Forge, we bring together creativity, design, and technology to shape how brands connect with the world. We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to support our creative team in the production of digital, print, and social media content, while also exploring opportunities to collaborate on UX/UI projects.

This internship is a great opportunity for a young designer to build real-world experience, sharpen their craft, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team on projects for global clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and adaptation of pieces for print, including flyers, banners, brochures, packaging, and branded merch.
  • Support the creation of OOH visuals: billboards, street furniture, digital signage, and other large-format ads.

  • Collaborate on the development of visual materials for brand activations, pop-ups, and events.
  • Adapt existing creative concepts into social media pieces (static, carousel, and animated formats).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all assets and formats, online and offline.
  • Work alongside senior designers and producers to prepare files for production and delivery.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help visualize campaign ideas and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Interest in branding, events, print, and advertising design.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual composition.
  • Eagerness to learn about production specs, formats, and real-world brand execution.
  • Familiarity with social media formats and content trends.
  • Experience with mockups, layout grids, or packaging design.
  • Bonus: Interest in motion design or AI tools for content generation (e.g. Midjourney, Sora, Nano Banana, Firefly, etc).
