Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales reporting, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales reporting and trend analysis
  • Support the commissions process by updating existing reports and charts 
  • Review account reconciliations and existing financial controls
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives 
  • Create and maintain reports using Excel 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and daily operations 
  • Review current process notes for improvement opportunities

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, preferably Excel 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
