We are looking for an undergraduate Executive Assistant Intern for a 1099 internship contract. This is a hybrid role with a starting commitment of 4 hours per week.

Qualification for this opportunity requires

  • Submission of 2 writing samples
  • Completion of a demo project 
  • At least 8 hours of weekly synchronous meeting availability

This role may require you to

  • Speak and write English fluently and professionally
  • Draft meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up tasks
  • Filter, organize, and flag urgent messages in shared inboxes
  • Attend in-person product marketing and sales events
  • Create and distribute scheduling links and calendar invites
  • Track office supply inventory and coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Research, prioritize, and present well-documented service provider options
  • Manage communications with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Research, plan, and schedule key meetings, travel, events, and other activities
  • Make reservations, complete registrations, and provide other concierge services
  • Manage day-to-day operational logistics and provide personal assistant services
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding sensitive matters and information
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operations
  • Provide other administrative and operational support

An ideal candidate has

  • Prior experience in an administrative, campus leadership, or customer service role
  • Strong organizational skills for managing calendars, files, and task lists
  • Demonstrated experience completing projects that require high attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Reliability in completing routine tasks without constant oversight
  • Resourcefulness in troubleshooting minor issues independently
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
  • Effective modular thinking skills as evidenced by the ability to break down large, intricate undertakings into a series of smaller self-contained tasks
  • Emotional intelligence and coachability
