Our team delivers world-class services to federal government customers, and we uphold the integrity and quality of our work in every engagement.

RSC2 launched the HUBZup Program in 2022 to promote sustainable economic growth and create opportunities in underserved communities. This initiative offers college students and emerging professionals experience in federal contracting and business operations, along with personalized career development support.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join the next cohort as a Business Operations Understudy for our HUBZup Program. This paid, part-time opportunity (10 hours per week) offers structured training to help participants build professional skills. The program is primarily asynchronous, allowing participants to complete their work on their own schedule and at their own pace.
