USA Sport Group is a leader in delivering high-quality sports enrichment programs to over 60,000 children aged 18 months to 14 years annually.  With programs across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, we are committed to providing positive experiences for children while maintaining the highest standards of program quality both on and off the fields and courts! 

As a Business Development Intern, you will work under the guidance of the Business Development Director to develop existing business processes and implement new projects. You will assist in all areas of the business including but not limited to marketing, sales, client and customer relations, and website development. You will conduct market research into areas of business expansion and sales and be given the opportunity to analyze and report back on your findings. You will gain knowledge and experience in business expansion & growth, increasing revenues and profits, SEO, and online marketing. Part of your experience will include assisting with the sales of new products & services, where you will research, call and email prospective clients and customers. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  

  • Assist the advertising of sports camps and classes to prospective customers  
  • Evaluate & update company website content (web development skills are helpful not required) 
  • Assist in improving SEO of company websites through various methods 
  • Make recommendations for improvements to business processes

  • Dates: 9/04/2026 – 12/18/2026 (15-Week Program)  
  • Hours: 15 hours a week (Flexible scheduling options)  
  • Location: In-Person at our head office in Whitehouse Station, NJ 
  • Priority Deadline: August 1st, 2026 
  • Attending an undergraduate or graduate program during the internship period
