This on-site business and technical internship provide practical, hands-on experience in business marketing, operations, administration, documentation, and coordination of technical support, RFP processes, and field operations for outdoor digital signage and smart infrastructure projects.
Interns will work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams, supporting:
Technical documentation and maintenance programs
Product development workflows
Communication with transit agencies and public-sector clients
On-site deployment and technical support alongside technicians and third-party contractors
The program begins with two weeks of intensive training in Office 365 workflows, CAD/SolidWorks documentation, and system diagram processes, followed by hands-on project participation.
What You’ll Learn
Workflow collaboration using Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
Technical documentation and reporting for transit and smart city systems
Conversion of SolidWorks and AutoCAD files into technical and presentation layouts
Fundamentals of systems integration, including displays, controllers, and IoT components
Real-world exposure to field deployment, maintenance, and technical coordination
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
Interest in technology, systems integration, or technical operations
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with AI tools, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or contractor coordination
Technical, engineering, or business management background
