Susosu Water is a premium functional hydration brand redefining the bottled water category. Our mission is to raise the standard of hydration through intentional wellness, elevated design, and modern lifestyle culture.

We are looking for ambitious, creative, and growth-minded interns to join our team this summer and work directly alongside the founders on brand growth, retail execution, and lifestyle content creation.

This is not a traditional internship.

You’ll gain hands-on experience helping build an emerging premium consumer brand carried in 900+ retail locations across the East Coast while contributing directly to the growth and creative direction of the company.

What You’ll Do:

Brand & Content Creation

  • Create lifestyle content aligned with the Susosu aesthetic and target audience
  • Assist with posting Instagram, TikTok, and story content
  • Appear in and capture content for the brand
  • Help brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas
  • Support photoshoots and brand activations
  • Contribute to branding strategy and social growth initiatives

Retail & Field Marketing

  • Conduct in-store retail visits and shelf audits
  • Capture retail content in stores
  • Help support retail marketing initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who naturally align with the Susosu lifestyle and aesthetic.

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Wellness and health conscious
  • Creative with strong taste and aesthetic awareness
  • Interested in branding, startups, marketing, or consumer brands
  • Comfortable creating and appearing in content
  • Active, disciplined, and growth-oriented
  • Organized and proactive
  • Familiar with modern social media and lifestyle culture
  • Reliable transportation preferred

We care more about creativity, initiative, energy, and alignment with the brand.

Bonus If You:

  • Have photography/videography/editing experience
  • Have interest in wellness, fitness, basketball, or lifestyle culture
  • Enjoy storytelling and content creation
  • Have experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or social media tools
