Paid Internship – Become an ABA Therapist (RBT Track)

$20–$30/hr | Flexible Schedules | Real Experience (Not Just Watching)

Looking for a paid internship that actually does something for your future? At Precious Care ABA, you won’t be grabbing coffee or sitting on the sidelines — you’ll be working one-on-one with kids, helping them learn, grow, and build life-changing skills.

You’ll work with children with autism in their homes, daycare, or community — turning playtime, routines, and everyday moments into real progress. Every session is different, and everything you do matters.

No experience? No problem. We’ll train you, support you, and help you build skills you can actually use in the real world.

 Your Role (aka Your Superpowers):

  • Work (and yes, sometimes play) one-on-one with kids to help build communication, social, and life skills

  • Turn everyday activities into learning opportunities

  • Track progress and celebrate real wins (big and small)

  • Support families so progress continues outside of sessions

  • Learn directly from experienced BCBAs who’ve got your back

 Why This Internship is Different:

  • You get paid while gaining real, hands-on experience

  • Flexible schedules that work around classes

  • Clients matched near your home

  • Clear path to becoming an RBT (and leveling up your career)

  • Actually builds your resume for psychology, education, healthcare, and more

What We’re Looking For:

  • College students or recent grads (Psych, Education, or related = a plus)

  • Positive, reliable, and good with kids

  • At least 3 consistent afternoon/evening shifts per week

  • Someone who wants a job that actually matters
