Peter Reinhart Recognized by NJBIZ, ROI-NJ as Real Estate Influencer

Peter S. Reinhart, Esq., director of the Kislak Real Estate Institute and NJAR/Greenbaum/Ferguson Professor of Real Estate Policy at Monmouth University, was recently named to NJBIZ’s list of the top 50 influencers in commercial real estate as well as ROI-NJ’s real estate power player list for his achievements and contributions to the real estate industry in New Jersey.

A specialist professor in the business school’s real estate program, Reinhart teaches courses in real estate development, lease analysis and negotiation, real estate law, business law, redevelopment, and constitutional law.

Reinhart is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Rutgers Camden Law School. He served as senior vice president and general counsel for Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. for 33 years. He also served on the Council on Affordable Housing for 10 years and was a member of the Real Estate Task Force of Gov. Christine Todd Whitman’s Economic Master Plan Commission.

Reinhart is a past president of the New Jersey Builders Association and the current chairman of New Jersey Future. He has authored articles for Real Estate NJ, Housing New Jersey, the Tri-State Real Estate Journal, and New Jersey Lawyer.
